An 8-Week programme for business owners and entrepreneurs.

Hello, join me for me every Thursday at noon for a 30-minute session to build your inner strength and focus, with the power of Sophrology.

At the end of the 8 weeks, you will have identified the tools and techniques that work for you and be able to incorporate them into your daily life. This self-care toolkit will enable you independently to:

  • Gain the ability to pause.
  • Reduce stress and anxiety.
  • Enhance mental focus and concentration.
  • Tap into your inner strengths.
  • Cultivate a new resilience.
  • Improve decision-making.
  • Feel greater confidence

WHAT DO I NEED FOR THE SESSIONS:

  • Your lovely self (in your normal clothes)
  • Your PC or any digital device of your choice
  • A chair

HOW LONG ARE THE SESSIONS: 30 minutes. Short and sweet!

WHAT WILL WE DO IN THE SESSIONS:

  • Quick “Weather report”: On a scale of 1 to 10, how are you doing?
  • I demonstrate the practice, which will combine some gentle physical movements, simple breathing and relaxation techniques and a short visualisation.
  • I guide and we practise together, with eyes closed (if that feels right for you)
  • Time for sharing our experiences (only if you want to!)

BONUS: a supportive email in-between sessions with tips and/or mini exercises will be sent to you to help you embed healthy pauses during your day and build up a wholesome habit for your daily wellbeing.

Please note that it is recommended that participants commit to attending the weekly sessions for best results.
