Sophrology sessions pricing

Individual one-to-one session

  • Single session or additional session £65 (up to an hour)
  • A 5-week package £300
  • Young person’s discounted rate (under 21 years): £50 per session (up to 50 minutes)

Group sessions

  • £15 per person per session (minimum of 10 participants).
    The price may be dependent on the hired venue.
