The one-to-one sessions are designed to take you on a gentle yet powerful journey of self-discovery and transformation. They aim to harmonise and reconnect you with all aspects of your being at a very deep level, so that you feel more in control of your life, clearer on what truly matters to you and responsible for your own wellbeing and life choices. I will create a safe and deeply relaxing space where you can be yourself without any fear of being judged and where you will be gently guided, listened to and supported. Our sessions will be tailored and adapted to what you need and desire for yourself. YOUR time, YOUR rhythm, YOUR goals.

The Sessions

  • Check-in. We call this your internal weather forecast, to get an understanding of how you are feeling. (10-15 minutes)
  • Fully guided Sophrology practice – a unique combination of simple physical movements, breathing techniques and visualisations. (30-35 minutes)
  • Record the experience in your journal to trace the emergence of the “real” you. (10-15 minutes)
  • Recommended home practice based on the time you have available and tailored to your desired outcomes
  • Closing of the session (any remaining questions/clarifications, and a closing breathing exercise)

To recap, when you sign up, you will get:

  • 20 one-to-one personalised sessions (up to 60 minutes) over 6 months.
  • OR 10 one-to-one personalised sessions (up to 60 minutes) over 3 months.
  • Weekly recordings of all guided Sophrology practices
  • Email support for the duration of the programme
  • Free access to group online Sophrology Sessions
  • A free 45-minute follow-up session up to 6 weeks after the end of the programme.
