Join us for a day of me-time to chill you out and build you up

Sunday 23rd April 2023, 10:30am-5:00pm, Maldon, Essex

We invite you to come and experience a whole day of “me time” with the opportunity to take away some great tools and techniques to increase your vitality, improve your emotional wellbeing and boost your mental fitness.

Would you like to:

  • Take a break from the busy-ness of day-to-day life?
  • Let go of thoughts and energies that are keeping you stuck?
  • Reconnect with your inner self?
  • Experience practical exercises to manage overwhelm, build confidence and enhance resilience?

We aim to provide a welcoming and safe environment where you can relax with like-minded people. Through a variety of different sessions during the day, we will help you to quieten your mind, regain control of your thoughts and feelings, and recharge your energies.

What to expect:

Arrival time is from 10:30am ready to start at 11:00am. We aim to finish by 5:00pm at the latest.

Our sessions will include a mixture of gentle movement, meditation, and discussion. Mostly we will be sitting, but there will also be opportunities to stand, walk and even lie down. All activities are optional and can be adapted to your physical limitations.

Snacks and drinks will be provided. Please bring a lunch.

Comfortable clothing is recommended and, as it’s an uncertain time of year with regard to temperatures, we advise bringing some layers.

If you think you might like to lie down for any of the meditations, please bring an exercise mat or a large towel. You are welcome to bring a blanket for added warmth.

The venue has its own carpark.

Minimum age for attendance is 18 years.
