I invite you to come and join me for 6 short Sophrology practices that will help you steady your mind, cultivate a sense of inner peace and rely on your internal resources for contentment, confidence and hope.
Life events continue to be challenging and the news is less than reassuring! However, let’s not get defeated. Instead let’s look after ourselves and one another. Let’s find ways of feeling as calm and as positive as we can.
6 consecutive days, 6 fully guided sessions where I’ll share with you some simple and practical tools that will make us feel better in our bodies and in our minds. They will include simple physical movements, gentle breathing exercises and short visualisations.
This is a TREAT, not a challenge. So it’s not about getting things right, or even achieving anything. It is about allowing yourself to be exactly as you are on the day. It’s about turning up, having somewhere comfortable to sit on in your home, and giving yourself permission to rest and relax. That’s it. I’ll take care of the rest!
